She has over 25 years experience working in rental and sales of Construction Equipment throughout the Carolinas. Since moving to the Crystal Coast she is focused enjoying life and Real Estate! She has been in the business since 2012.

Jeff grew up in upstate New York. He secured a golf scholarship to East Carolina University, which is what brought him to this area. While there he met his beautiful bride and graduated with a degree in Urban and Regional Planning. Jeff Baran has over 30 year experience in Real Estate and specializes in Commercial Real Estate Development and he continues development throughout North Carolina.

Chimene was born and raised in South Africa and originally met her husband of 37 years in London. They have two grown, married children and two grandsons, all of whom bring them tremendous joy and pride. Chimene's work ethic, negotiation skills and passion for helping people has resulted in a successful career in real estate in the Triangle, and now, having relocated to the coast, she is excited to bring that experience and passion for real estate to this beautiful area!

Ivey was born and raised in the Raleigh area and grew up vacationing along the Crystal Coast. In 2006 she met her husband on the Beaufort waterfront, where they later married. Instead of waiting for retirement to call the coast home, they moved to Pine Knoll Shores permanently in 2019 with their two daughters. In her free time she enjoys spending time on the beach, catching a gorgeous NC sunset and fishing with her family. Ivey received a Bachelors Degree in Health Services Management from East Carolina University and has over 15 years experience in the healthcare industry. Throughout her career helping people has always been her passion. Ivey’s attention to detail and exceptional communication skills will make her an excellent broker.

Rebekah grew up spending summers on Crystal Coast. Much of her childhood was spent on the boat, on the beach or on an athletic field. She comes from a family of builders which is where she found her passion. After graduating from NCSU as an educator she moved to Morehead City. Rebekah's love of all things design, remodeling homes and working with families carried her into real estate. She ventured to NYC to follow real estate dreams but Carteret County and the Crystal Coast kept calling her name. No other place was as friendly or beautiful so she made it her home. As a mom of two boys, she is always on the move & ready to help others find a special spot to create memories!

Jenna has lived most of her life in Carteret County. Her family moved to Morehead City when she was five. She enjoyed growing up spending her days at the beach and enjoying the small town vibes. After high school, she moved to Wilmington, where she studied interior design. In 2011 she moved to Pine Knoll Shores, married a surfer, and started a family. After having their first child she transitioned to real estate as a way to combine her passion of interior design, love for the area and time with her children during their formative years.
